HITRUST r2 Certification
Ready Computing has achieved HITRUST Risk-Based (r2) Certification—the highest tier of HITRUST assessment. The r2 certification involves a rigorous audit of over 300+ controls and represents the gold standard for healthcare security assurance.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Ready Computing's certification to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Standard by an independent third-party auditor demonstrates that we have the policies, procedures, and capabilities to comply with the Standard and that we can repeat, sustain, and maintain the highest security Standards. Ready Computing protects data through sustainable controls that have been assessed and certified to the ISO 27001:2022 Standard.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 provides a set of requirements for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Over 1,000,000 organizations are currently certified to the Standard globally. This Standard, used throughout the organization, enables Ready Computing to deliver services that achieve excellence and meet—but often exceed—customer expectations.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
Certification to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Standard guarantees that Ready Computing's IT Service Management System (SMS) is compiled of processes and procedures that are aligned with international Standards and are both sustainable and repeatable. This Standard enables the organization to benchmark how managed services are delivered and measure service levels against those benchmarks.

Data Privacy Framework

Formally Audited HIPAA/HITECH Compliance
Ready Computing maintains a comprehensive HIPAA compliance program that is externally validated through the HITRUST r2 (Risk-based, 2-year) certification process. Our environment is rigorously audited against the HITRUST CSF, which incorporates the specific regulatory requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule and HIPAA Security Rule. This provides our healthcare clients with independent, third-party assurance that our administrative, physical, and technical controls meet the high-water mark for Protected Health Information (PHI) protection. Ready Computing undergoes annual third-party audits to maintain this status.
GDPR (EU & UK)
