Ready Computing is a proud participant in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program, providing transitioning Service members a runway into meaningful civilian careers.
What is the DoD SkillBridge Program?
SkillBridge allows eligible active-duty Service members to spend up to their final 180 days of service in a civilian work environment gaining industry experience and training.
How it works

Service members remain on active duty and continue receiving pay, housing allowance, and healthcare through the DoD
-
The internship period is zero-cost from a compensation perspective
-
Participation is intended to lead to civilian employment (high-probability pathway to hire)
Who It's For
Eligibility
You may be eligible if you:

Have served at least 180 days on active duty, and
-
Are within 180 days of separation or retirement, and
-
Receive command approval to participate
Final eligibility is determined by the DoD and your command.
