Julian Castignoli
Julian serves as the Director of Legal here at Ready Computing, and reports directly to the company’s General Counsel. In that role, he manages the company’s contracting function, where he has drafted and negotiated many significant and impactful contracts for Ready Computing. Julian also serves as the Legal Department’s point person, or plays a key role in, many other areas. This includes providing legal counsel across the company, maintaining departmental processes and procedures, and ensuring that Ready Computing’s various, ever changing, and often times complex legal needs are met while business objectives are achieved.
Prior to joining Ready Computing, Julian engaged in the private practice of law for several years in a number of practice areas. He most recently worked in a small firm that represented clients in environmental litigation and regulatory matters, business transactions, land use, and real estate transactions and litigation. While there, his most notable achievements include playing a significant role in a high stakes environmental contamination case that went to trial, a business acquisition, and a business sale. Prior to that, he has experience in foreclosure litigation, family law, and real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Julian cherishes his family time and loves going on adventures with them. He also enjoys DIY home improvement projects, the great outdoors, live music, and his hobbies include gardening, hiking, mountain biking, and disc golf.
