Jose Martinez 

Jose Martinez is a seasoned leader in enterprise applications and software best practices, project management, vendor management, and product lifecycle management, focusing on business-critical technology assessment and solutions deployment. Jose oversees the Engineering team for the software infrastructure that drives the health record sharing across the enterprise, from patient point of care to the central storage infrastructure. The Engineering team manages the enterprise’s software maintenance, updates, user management, and configuration. Jose also oversees the middleware infrastructure for Electronic Health Records Management for the Veterans Administration Healthcare system as well as drive uptime and security support for the AWS infrastructure, including security patching, system monitoring, capacity and speed management, and change oversight.
