As the Director of Implementation for Ready Computing’s International Sector, Steve leads Ready Computing's international team using his extensive senior Information and Technology (IT) leadership and delivery skills. Steve comes to this role with a wealth of international experience, and since 2004, Steve has mainly focused on the healthcare sector within the UK National Health Service (NHS) and private healthcare organizations. As such, he possesses extensive healthcare knowledge in collecting, storing, presenting, mobilizing, and securing data. His experience helps healthcare organizations utilize data more efficiently and effectively. 

Steve's key skills and industry experience include: healthcare and 3rd sector Informatics, digital workflows, and secure data management. Additionally, he possesses expertise in cloud technology, 'As A Service' models, management information, project management (PRINCE2 accredited), service management (ITIL accredited), advanced consulting skills, network technologies, internet technologies, and IP, mobile, and traditional telephone technologies. In his last role as a Consultant for Horder Healthcare, a registered charity, and private healthcare organization, Steve defined, delivered, and led the Digital and IT Transformation Program by putting in place a leadership team that could continue to drive Information and Technology.
