Nicole leads the corporate Compliance and Risk Management group for Ready Computing. She manages contract negotiations and consults on and implements best practices on various state, U.S. federal, and international legal and compliance matters—including quality management system for medical devices (including compliance to ISO 13485, CFR Part 820), employment, corporate governance, intellectual property, immigration, litigation, contracts, privacy and security (including compliance to HIPAA, HITECH, DPA, GDPR), and federal contractor compliance (including compliance to F.A.R., EO 11246, VEVRRA, and Section 503).
           
During and prior to her tenure at Ready Computing, she created and implemented various initiatives including the Affirmative Action program, corporate privacy and security program for U.S. and U.K companies, migration and customization of company’s case management software, data integrity initiative, staff onboarding, training, and performance review programs, creation and customization of various management reports and dashboards, google marketing program, cybersecurity program, paperless initiative, and integration of numerous systems for efficiency and data integrity. 
           
She has been honored for "Outstanding Excellence and Dedication to Her Profession and the Achievement of Women" by the National Association of Professional Women and was one of the few advocates to be published in a Social Security Administration decision, which stated, "Attorney Kim deserves special notice for her work in this case. She demonstrated a thorough grasp of the record, a command of the applicable law, and most importantly for her client, an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the case and the ability to capitalize on the former to obtain the best possible result for her client" (Judge L. Cooperman).
